Payments

Please be sure your billing address and billing zip code matches the information listed on your credit or debit card account. If this information is incorrect, your purchase will not be completed. If you are paying with PayPal, please be sure to check your PayPal account for payment confirmation. You should receive two confirmation emails: one from Simplifica and one from PayPal.

Gift Certificates

Please note that e-gift certificates purchased online can only be used on our website, www.getsimplifica.com only. Simplifica e-gift cards can't be applied towards a purchase at any of our 3 rd party retailers. Simplifica e-gift certificates are sent electronically via e-mail from sender to recipient. Simplifica gift cards can't be used to purchase other gift cards or applied to any order containing another gift card. You'll need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for the order if you have a gift cards in your Shopping Cart.

Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Simplifica purchase. However we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn't work out. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you and we will gladly help you with the process. Please contact our Customer care at 1-800-985-3121 or email us at customercare@getsimplifica.com and request a merchandise return authorization number. Products cannot be returned without this authorization number.

Return Guidelines

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days
Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your item(s) and return them to inventory. We will then credit the card originally
used to make your purchase.

b) Store credit to be used towards future orders

Product Defects

If you believe you have received a defective product, please send a clear photo of the defect to customercare@getsimplifica.com along with your first and last name, order number and product name. If you need help finding the order number, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-985-3121

Sending Returns Back

Please note that we cannot accept certified mail. If you would like to ensure your package has arrived to our warehouse, may we suggest using a mail service that offers a tracking number. We will process your return immediately after we receive it and we will send you a confirmation email. Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Gifts and Gift Sets:

a) If you are requesting a refund or a store credit of your entire purchase, we ask that you kindly return all items received in your order, including any promotional items received for free.
b) We cannot accept partial returns of gift sets. If you would like to return a gift set or any other items sold as a set, we ask that you kindly return the set as a whole.
c) To ensure as many of our customers are able to get the free gift, we limit promotional free gifts to 1 free gift product per customer order.

3rd Party Retailers:

This return policy applies only to products ordered direct from www.getsimplifica.com. If you ordered Simplifica product through another retailer, please contact the retailer for their return and refund policy, or for assistance.

Discount Coupons & Promo Codes

Some offers/coupons cannot be used in combination with any other coupon offers. If a minimum purchase is required, this minimum is calculated based on the value of the merchandise only and does not include tax, shipping, gift services, or gift cards. To qualify for the "gift with purchase", your order total must exceed or meet the minimum after all coupons, vouchers, and discounts have been applied, and before taking into account tax or shipping costs.
