Yes! – At the start of 2016, we rebranded our company from SALON NATURALS to SIMPLIFICA. We have taken this rebranding opportunity to improve our product line to deliver the next series of exceptional hair care products, all infused with some of the most precious ingredients, free of harsh chemicals, no-Parabens, no-Sulfates and safe for color-treated.
Why did you discontinue my favorite product?
We are sorry if one of your favorite Simplifica product has been discontinued or has changed. We thought long and hard and finally decided to improve our product line. We made sure there's a great alternative in our new line of products, all infused with some of the most precious ingredients, free of harsh chemicals, no parabens or sulfates and safe for color treated hair. Our Customer Care team will be able to point you in the right direction if you're not sure which alternative is for you.
Can I combine coupons with a Gift Certificate?
No, a coupon cannot be combined with any other Coupon, Gift Card, Gift Certificate, or Voucher.

Do You Mail Out Samples For Customers To Try Out Before They Buy?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship samples separately due to the high volume of requests that we receive on a daily basis. We may include free sample(s) of a new product(s) from time to time when we ship purchased orders.
What Is Argan Oil?
Argan Oil is a plant oil produced from the kernels of the argan tree that is endemic to South-western Morocco. The nut of this tree is cold pressed by hand using traditional methods of extraction. The oil is then imported and bottled in the United States. Our manufacturing facility is based in Richardson, Texas and complies with the highest GMP standards to ensuring that all products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
What Are The Benefits Of Argan Oil On Hair?
Argan oil has many benefits to hair including but not limited to Hair and Scalp Treatment, Hair Loss prevention and Hair regrowth, Dandruff and Dry Scalp Treatment, Heat and Chemical Damage Treatments, Split Ends and Breakage Treatment, Dry Hair Nourishment and a frizz control.
Are Simplifica Products Tested On Animals?
Simplifica is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals or have animal bi-products as ingredients.
What Carrier Do You Use To Ship Out Products?
We use both USPS & UPS to ship all orders include those shipping to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Depending on shipment weight, orders will ship either First Class or Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Service or through UPS ground delivery. All shipments will include tracking information. Orders are shipped as "no signature required" by default for residential addresses. Deliveries to business addresses typically do require a signature. If you would like for your delivery to require a signature, please indicate this in the notes section of your checkout page.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, currently we do not ship internationally, including Canada. We ship to all 50 States including US territories.
