Orders are processed through our system every business day starting at 10:00 AM CST. All orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays within the United States. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Allow one to two business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
Expedited orders are processed through our system every business day till 3:00 PM CST. All expedited order placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
How do I know my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include tracking information (tracking number). The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive on your doorstep.
What if I haven’t received my order?
All standard orders take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather conditions. The carrier’s web site will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather. But If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-985-3121
Inclement Weather Conditions
If your area is experiencing severe weather conditions, delivery of your package may be delayed. Our shipping carriers will post any delays due to weather or a natural disaster on their web site.
How did my order ship?
A tracking number starting with “1Z” means your package shipped via UPS. A 22 digits tracking number means your order shipped with USPS. The shipping method/carrier is based on weight and destination. Want to see when your order will arrive? Track your order here
